Jaguar XK 150 3.8 Coupe

We are proud to have this Jaguar XK 150 3.8 back in our collection. Due to a trade in on a XK 150S we have this car again for sale.

In the XK 150 range the 3.8 FHC model is rather rare. Only 564 (including 41 S models) were produced. In total 9.396 XK 150 were made by Jaguar.

This is one of the last XK 150’s produced before the E-Type was launched!

We bought the car some time ago from the proud 2nd owner. We sold it to a car collector in Germany and now it returned to our collection.

The car was stripped to bare metal in the mid-1990s by the second owner and he had his XK 150 repainted in the current colour Indigo Blue. The original colour was Cotswold Blue. The interior shows still its Dark Blue original colour. Wiring harness and rubber seals were renewed at that time. The chassis is excellent.

The mileage of only ca 43.000 miles is believed to be original. The XK is fitted with a later Moss manual gearbox. A period correct soft top sliding roof was fitted in the past.

Chrome is near perfect, paint is showing age on some places but is still very presentable, interior with Wilton wool carpets is very nice.

The car is very well maintained and serviced. It wears New whire wheels with Vredestein Classic Sprint tires and is ready for the coming season.

We drove this FHC and its open sliding roof gives the feeling of driving an open car. The power assisted, four-wheel disc brakes are a factory-first for this type of car. All brake lines and fuel lines are stainless steel.

The car comes with a Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate and lots of paperwork.
